We need a Remote Task Assistant who is dependable, organized, and takes the initiative to join our team. The Remote Task Assistant will help with a lot of different tasks to make sure that daily operations run smoothly. They will provide important administrative and operational support. The best person for the job is someone who pays attention to details, has good communication skills, and can work alone in a fast-paced, remote setting.

Main Duties

Do basic office work like entering data, making documents, and keeping track of files.

Set up meetings and conference calls, manage calendars, and set up appointments.

Help with managing email and correspondence, making sure that responses and follow-ups are sent on time.

Do research online and gather information for reports and projects as needed.

Keep track of deliverables and due dates to help with project management.

Make and keep spreadsheets, databases, and other records that are very accurate.

As needed, prepare and edit reports, documents, and presentations.

Help with basic bookkeeping and reporting expenses.

Use caution when dealing with private and sensitive information.

Help out different departments in general as needed.

Requirements

A high school diploma or something similar is required, but an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.

You need at least one to two years of experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or something similar.

You should be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Great at organizing things and doing more than one thing at once.

Good at talking and writing.

Ability to work alone and take the initiative in a remote setting.

A lot of focus on accuracy and detail.

At ease with learning and using new software and technology.

Having used project management or collaboration tools like Trello, Asana, or Slack before is a plus.
