Continuous Improvement Leader | Fremont, MI
Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across manufacturing operations.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and waste using data-driven methodologies.
- Develop and deliver training programs on Lean tools, problem-solving techniques, and CI principles.
- Coach and mentor teams and individuals in applying CI methodologies to achieve operational excellence.
- Establish metrics and reporting systems to track the progress and impact of improvement projects.
- Drive the standardization of best practices and ensure sustainability of implemented improvements.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and problem-solving throughout the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
- 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to train, coach, and mentor teams on Lean principles and problem-solving methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis techniques.
- Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Bonus Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Formal certification or extensive experience in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML) and their application in manufacturing.
- Experience with financial modeling and ROI analysis for continuous improvement initiatives.
