SynaTek Solutions is an innovative, customer-focused company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions in the green industry. We specialize in the Golf, Landscape, and Sports Turf markets.

As part of our growth, we are introducing Husqvarna Robotics—a leader in robotic mowing technology and expanding our offerings with Ecotronic’s Product Line —the technological arm of SynaTek Solutions. This would include control panels for the injection of nutrients and water quality amendments through irrigation along with Mix Transfer Stations. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Technician for Metro Detroit.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Technician, you will be crucial in servicing Husqvarna robotic mowers and
Ecotronic’s control panels.

Your duties will include:

• Travel is required based on the customer's location.
• Technical Expertise:Perform installations, repairs, and routine maintenance for Husqvarna Robotics and Ecotronic’s control panels, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.
• Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Report to Sales and Technical Team Leaders to address customer needs effectively.

Training & Development:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings and industry trends through
  continuous training and development opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in golf course maintenance, equipment, or automotive
  industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with robotic technologies or a strong interest in learning about robotics and irrigation systems.

Skills:

• Ability to become a product expert for Husqvarna Robotics and Ecotronic’s
  product lines.
• Capable of communicating project plans and timelines clearly to other team
  Members.
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently most days.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced
  Environment.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn other in-house software.
• Tools: Own basic tools required for the role (more specifics can be added here).
