Entry Level IT Technician
IT Technician.
Location: Holland, MI, USA.
We are looking for a junior/Entry - level IT Technician. This direct-hire position is perfect for self-starters eager to contribute to innovative technologies. You’ll configure, maintain, and support systems that provide technical solutions, ensuring smooth functionality for clients. As an IT Technician, you will work with both hardware and software components, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to internal users and customers alike. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize computers and hardware.
- Install and troubleshoot network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues.
- Provide remote support and maintain Windows images.
- Calibrate sensors and verify system accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Certifications like MTA or CompTIA are a plus.
- Familiarity with networking and troubleshooting.
Work Location:
- Office in Holland, MI, with up to 20% over night travel.
