Salary Range: $72,000 - $111,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Document all validation activities, including protocol execution, deviations, and final reports.
• Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes and implement mitigation strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve validation-related issues and deviations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO) for all validation activities.
• Participate in the design and qualification of new equipment and facilities.
• Conduct change control assessments for validated systems and processes.
• Train and mentor junior validation engineers and other personnel on validation principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
• Experience with validation principles, methodologies, and documentation (e.g., IQ, OQ, PQ).
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical interpretation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Experience with software validation and/or automated testing tools is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Working knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidelines.
• - Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) techniques.
• - Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, C++).
