We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:• Accurately input and update financial data to maintain precise records.
• Organize, manage, and archive electronic and physical documents to ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and maintain a focused work environment.
• Assist with tax preparation processes, including document flow and adherence to compliance standards.
• Utilize Microsoft Suite tools to perform scanning, file management, and other administrative tasks.
• Handle bank transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers as needed.
• Sort incoming mail and categorize documents appropriately to streamline operations.
• Support government filings and compliance activities as required.
• Maintain reliable transportation for occasional off-site tasks, if applicable.• Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tax preparation processes and compliance regulations preferred.
• Ability to sort and categorize documents efficiently and manage electronic files.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including document scanning and management.
• Experience with bank transactions and financial workflows is a plus.
• Knowledge of government filings and compliance procedures is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation to support job-related tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
