Full-time School Social Worker position serving a middle school population in New Boston, MI, starting in March and continuing through the 2025–2026 school year. Requires an MSW, Michigan school social worker approval, school experience, strong communication skills, and ability to collaborate with families, staff, and community agencies to provide individual/group support, PBIS, referrals, and maintain confidential records. Compensation $50–$55/hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement, and other employee programs.
School Social Worker, Full Time, Middle School Population RCM Health Care is looking for School Social Workers from March until the remainder of the this school year. In person, middle school population, full time, in New Boston, MI 48164. Immediate interviews! QUALIFICATIONS:- Master of Social Work degree (MSW).
- Approval by the State of Michigan as a school social worker (MDE)
- Experience working in a school setting .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience participating in the Multidisciplinary Evaluation Team process.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, and families.
- Collaborate with families, educational staff and community agencies to coordinate programs and services for students.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Provide individual and small group support to students.
- Develop and reinforce Positive Behavior Intervention Supports.
- Provide information, referral, and follow-up to families and students for community agencies and resources.
