Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule in-home consultation appointments
- Support customers with their questions and concerns
- Provide explanations of our product features and services to customers
- Input customer information into the system

Requirements
Willingness to learn and work as a team with initiative
Skilled in problem-solving
Friendly and professional attitude
Preferred: At least one year of sales-based call center experience
Experience with Salesforce CRM is helpful
