Responsibilities
- Deliver direct care to critically ill patients across adolescent to geriatric populations within ICU/SDU.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage advanced hemodynamic support and ventilatory therapy as prescribed.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise CNA/SNA, LPN, and other healthcare assistants as assigned; delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain professional nursing standards and patient safety.
- Adhere to unit and hospital protocols, participate in rounds, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
- Must pick up at least one shift every 60 days to remain active on the assignment.

Requirements
- Active Michigan RN license with verification (LARA).
- ACLS and BLS certifications current.
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience.
- TNCC or TCAR certification preferred.
- Resume submission with listed ICU experience; current skills checklist (within 1 year).
- Ability to work nights and function effectively in a fast-paced critical care environment.
- Willingness to travel and comply with unit-specific onboarding and credentialing processes.
