Role Specifics and Benefits: In the OR, you’ll oversee critical aspects of perioperative care as a Registered Nurse, circulating and scrub responsibilities, maintaining sterile technique, and coordinating with the surgical team to ensure smooth workflows. Your duties include patient assessment, high-level monitoring of vital signs and anesthesia recovery, equipment setup and troubleshooting, instrument and sponge counts, and adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. You’ll participate in preoperative planning, contribute to patient education, and advocate for timely, evidence-based decisions that protect patient outcomes. The position is designed for growth within the specialty, offering exposure to diverse procedures—general, orthopedic, vascular, robotics, and more—so you can deepen your expertise, pursue certifications, and expand your leadership capabilities. Benefits include competitive weekly pay ranging from $2,127 to $2,260, with guaranteed 36 hours per week, starting on 12/29/2025. The contract is structured for several weeks with extension opportunities based on performance and facility needs. We also offer a generous sign-on bonus, housing assistance, and potential relocation stipends to ease transitions. You’ll have access to comprehensive support, including 24/7 assistance from our travel nursing team, ensuring you never face a challenge alone while you’re on assignment.
