Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance delivery performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including forecasting, stock levels, and warehouse organization to support production schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, customs requirements, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales departments to align logistics activities with manufacturing plans and customer demands.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the logistics team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory management, warehousing operations, and transportation optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CLTD certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with specific WMS or TMS implementations (e.g., SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan).
• Knowledge of international customs regulations and global trade compliance.
