Salary Range: $89,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Oversee all maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
• Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs related to parts, labor, and external services.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality protocols.
• Optimize spare parts inventory management to support efficient maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical expertise in industrial equipment, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Proficiency with CMMS software and modern maintenance strategies (e.g., TPM, RCM, predictive/preventive).
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) certification.
• Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing predictive maintenance (PdM) or condition-based monitoring (CBM) programs.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with application in maintenance process improvement.
• Proficiency with advanced CMMS modules (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) for strategic planning and data analysis.
• Experience managing capital improvement projects related to equipment upgrades or facility expansion.
