Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
- Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and bottlenecks across manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement sustainable solutions to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving throughout the organization.
- Manage the portfolio of improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Recommended Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., VSM, 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, drive change, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in data analysis and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or process simulation software.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).
- Strong financial acumen with experience in cost accounting and ROI analysis for CI projects.
- Familiarity with automation technologies, IoT, or Industry 4.0 principles in manufacturing.
- Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., medical devices, aerospace, automotive).
