Warehouse Clerk (Automotive Manufacturing - 2nd shift opportunity)
- Checks in material, matching purchase orders to deliveries, and distributing accordingly.
- Read customer orders, shipping orders, etc. to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and or shipped.
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
- Ensure warehouse is accessible and safe for all employees and visitors at all times.
- Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.
- Open crates and other containers.
- Record amounts of materials received or distributed in PLEX.
- Assist production with PLEX recording.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy.
- PLEX champion
- Perform cycle counts.
- Prepare parcels for mailing.
- Wear the proper personal protective equipment to do your job.
- Know the Quality and Environmental policy and their objectives.
