Salary Range: $81,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of inventory control, including optimization, accuracy, and cycle counting.
• Oversee material planning, procurement, and scheduling to support production demands.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for timely and cost-effective material delivery.
• Direct warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, and shipping.
• Implement and improve materials management processes and systems for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the materials team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory, delivery, and material costs.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for demand planning, inventory control, and production scheduling.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, lean manufacturing, and JIT methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and negotiate with suppliers.
• CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with global sourcing strategies and international logistics.
• Advanced functional knowledge of SAP MM/PP or Oracle SCM modules.
