Salary Range: $52,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on production machinery and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to minimize downtime.
• Install, test, and commission new manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Conduct diagnostic tests and utilize schematics, diagrams, and manuals to resolve equipment malfunctions.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately in the CMMS.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and proper use of PPE.
• Identify and order necessary spare parts and components to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including PLCs, motors, and control systems.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Understanding of safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Certifications in specific technical areas (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, robotics).
