Summary

Icon Shelter Systems has an exciting new opportunity for the position of Inside Sales Support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Communicate and manage projects for rep agencies.

· Interpret quote requests, order requests, and be able to explain technical concepts.

· Understand technical specifications and drawings

· Work through required steps for fulfilling accurate quotes for desired requests.

· Track status of projects

· Provide status feedback to sales reps.

· Learn and understand Icon’s products and pricing structure.

· Understand priorities and keep Quote projects on schedule.

· Working Knowledge of AutoCAD/Inventor (Helpful, not needed)

· Willing to work within a team environment and be a technical support and sales support.

· Goal orientated/ Goal Driven to improve services and sales.

· Perform other related duties as required.

· Able to think through and problem solve for pricing situations.

Travel

· This position requires minimal to no travel

Computer Skills

· Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

· Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems.

· Must have a high attention to detail.

· Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
