About the Role
Harvey Home Team is a luxury real estate team at Compass serving Southeast Wyoming and the Colorado Front Range. We’re looking for a sharp, self-directed Executive Assistant to keep our lead agent focused on our clients, and to make sure every client, listing, and transaction is handled with excellence.
This is a full ownership role. You’ll run the calendar, manage listings end-to-end, keep our CRM in top shape, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks all while delivering a client experience that people talk about.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Operations & Communications
- Manage the lead agent’s calendar, inbox, and daily task priorities
- Serve as the first point of contact for sellers, prospects, and vendors
- Shield the lead agent from admin so she stays on income-producing activities
- Handle HOT priority requests quickly and without hand-holding
Listing Coordination
- Manage MLS input, listing photos, showings, and all listing prep
- Prepare listing packages and coordinate staging, repairs, and property access
- Track showing feedback and flag pricing conversation needs
- Attend showings, inspections, appraisals, and closings as needed (if licensed)
Transaction Coordination
- Manage files from contract to close - deadlines tracked, no surprises
- Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys
- Handle disclosures, timelines, and keep all parties in the loop
CRM & Reporting
- Own Follow Up Boss - clean contacts, active pipelines, smart plans assigned
- Track leads from first contact through closed transaction
- Pull weekly and monthly production reports for the team
Marketing & Social Media
- Execute listing marketing: digital ads, email campaigns, social posts, print
- Manage the team’s social media content calendar
- Coordinate with photography, video, and signage vendors
- Help target out-of-state buyer campaigns, especially Colorado Front Range
Client Experience
- Coordinate closing gifts, handwritten notes, and client milestone touches
- Maintain and nurture the team’s VIP client list
- Run a post-close follow-up process to generate 5-star reviews and referrals
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptionally organized - you have a real system and can prove it
- Tech-savvy: Follow Up Boss, Canva, Google Workspace, MLS platforms (or fast learner)
- Strong written and verbal communicator professional, warm, and clear
- Proactive problem-solver who doesn’t need to be told how to handle something new
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Discreet and trustworthy with client and business information
- Wyoming or Colorado real estate license is a plus, not a requirement
Compensation & Details
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
- Production bonus tied to team performance
- Full-time, in-person Cheyenne, WY
- Licensed candidates: additional earning potential on team listings
