Dr. Cutler is a leading expert in naturopathic, integrative, and environmental medicine, helping patients with detoxification, clinical nutrition , hormonal balance, weight, pain and stress management, clinical nutrition, and longevity . We help patients move beyond conventional symptom management to achieve real, lasting wellness through personalized naturopathic care, advanced testing, detox protocols, and holistic lifestyle transformation.

As our Wellness Front Desk Director , you’ll be the energetic face and driving force of our clinic. This is a director-level leadership opportunity where you’ll combine outstanding client experience with proactive outreach and relationship-building to help expand our patient community. We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated, growth-oriented, and comfortable with sales activities — turning warm leads into committed patients and helping our practice thrive.

What You’ll Do (and Love):

• Create a warm, welcoming, spa-like experience for every client from the moment they walk in
• Lead front desk operations with professionalism and high energy
• Actively contribute to patient growth through relationship-building, follow-ups, and sales-oriented conversations
• Educate prospective patients about Dr. Cutler’s integrative approach to natural medicine weight management, stress reduction, detoxification, and nutrition
• Supportive role for our partner medical spa in the clinic
• Help shape the patient journey and support the growth of our wellness practice
• Immerse yourself in a cutting-edge naturopathic environment while advancing your own knowledge of holistic health

Who You Are:

• Passionate about wellness, fitness, beauty, or holistic living (background in spas, weight loss clinics, health coaching, or beauty services is a strong plus)
• Naturally outgoing with excellent communication and sales skills — you enjoy connecting with people and helping them say “yes” to better health
• Highly motivated and growth-oriented; excited to help build and expand the patient base
• Organized, warm, and leadership-minded with a positive, can-do attitude
• Eager to learn about naturopathic medicine and Dr. Cutler’s specialized protocols in weight management, pain management, stress management, and nutrition

What’s Required:

• 1–2+ years of experience in front desk, reception, customer service, or sales roles — experience in health, beauty, wellness clinics, spas, weight loss centers, or similar environments is strongly preferred
• Proficiency with appointment scheduling software, EMR/EHR systems, and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office or Apple equivalent)
• Availability for 4-5 days a week, with some evening and Saturday rotations
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and help grow a patient base
• Genuine passion for holistic health, wellness, and a health-conscious lifestyle
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Professional demeanor, positive energy, reliability, and a team-player attitude
