Superior Massage Therapy is a growing, woman-owned sports massage practice based in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan. We’re known for our expertise in human movement and our supportive, down-to-earth team culture. Our focus is helping clients — from dedicated athletes to everyday active people — move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free.

We’re looking for Licensed Massage Therapists who want to grow their skills in a positive, movement-focused environment where teamwork and balance matter just as much as technical excellence.

The Position

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$30 per hands-on hour , based on experience

• W-2 employee position (not independent contractor)

• Average tips of $14/hour (via credit card)

Requirements

• Must be a licensed massage therapist in the state of Michigan

• Must have current massage insurance

• Must be available to work some evenings and weekends

• Must have a passion for wellness, movement, and helping others feel their best

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful, high-quality sports massage sessions

• Perform intake and assessments to create customized treatment plans

• Maintain clear and accurate client records

• Keep the workspace clean and organized

• Represent Superior Massage Therapy at local events (paid participation)

• Contribute ideas and energy to help the practice grow
