Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead assembly teams to achieve production goals.
• Ensure production schedules and daily output targets are met efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and enforce strict quality control standards.
• Train, mentor, and develop assembly technicians on best practices and new procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing corrective actions promptly.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure adherence to all safety regulations.
• Optimize assembly processes for continuous improvement and waste reduction.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including training and performance feedback.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, production schedules, and quality control methodologies.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to address production issues and improve efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team interaction and reporting.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Familiarity with automated assembly processes or robotics.
• Certifications in a relevant technical or quality discipline (e.g., IPC, ASQ).
