Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to meet output targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead, train, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality control standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with supply chain to ensure material availability and optimize stock levels.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying and implementing cost reduction strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and operational performance analysis.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse production teams.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for production planning and inventory management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Proven experience implementing automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
