Lot Manager
Overview
Lot Manager
Page Automotive Group
Page Automotive Group is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and service-minded Lot Manager to join our team. This is an important support role for someone who takes pride in keeping a dealership sharp, organized, clean, and customer-ready every day.
We are looking for a candidate who understands that the appearance and daily flow of the dealership matters. From the storefront and showroom to the lot, customer lounge, and restroom areas, this role helps make sure our dealership presents itself at a high level and operates smoothly.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work their way up from the ground level, learn dealership operations, and grow in a professional environment that rewards hard work, discipline, consistency, and loyalty.
Who We Are
At Page Automotive Group, we take pride in maintaining a professional, employee-oriented, and team-driven culture. We believe strong businesses are built by people who show up, work hard, stay disciplined, and care about doing things the right way. We value individuals who are dependable, respectful, helpful, and committed to supporting the team.
We reward employees who bring the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow. This is a place for people who want to build something — not for those looking to coast.

- Helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of the customer lounge, showroom, and restrooms
- Supporting management and staff with day-to-day operational needs
- Assisting wherever needed to help the dealership run efficiently and professionally
- Following established dealership processes, standards, and expectations consistently
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- In possession of a valid and clean driver’s license
- Dealership experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
- Willing to follow structure, discipline, and process
- Helpful, positive, and service-minded
- A true team player
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Willing to work hard and take pride in doing the small things well
- Looking for a real opportunity to grow — not just another temporary job

- Overtime opportunities
- Health care benefits
- 401(k)
- Employee purchase discounts
- Employee referral program
- Career advancement opportunities
- Professional team environment
