McIntosh Grounds Maintenance is a family-owned and operated business that opened in 1987. We provide professional landscaping, yard maintenance, and snow management (commercial and/or residential) for properties in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline and Milan. Customers depend on our professionally trained and uniformed employees to correctly, respectfully, and punctually deliver services and beautiful results using clean well-maintained equipment. We employ approximately 25 staff members year round.
Location: 3090 Judd Road, Milan, MI 48160
Salary: Minimum of $25 Per Hour with Room for Growth (Based on Experience)
Hours: 40 Hours Per Week, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, Year Round

Responsibilities:
- Conduct human resources responsibilities (posting, hiring, onboarding)
- Assist with accounts payable / accounts receivable responsibilities
- Maintain company records / files
- Manage customer phone calls and emails
- Plan and coordinate company events
- Manage company social media
- Coordinate maintenance of company website with web designer
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to manage the company’s social media
Mathematical Skills:
- Ability to apply the concepts of basic math consistent with the duties of this position
Reasoning Ability:
- Proficient in subject areas of reasoning, problem solving, and organizational dynamics
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in writing or verbally

- Ability to build rapport with others

Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, and lift up to 40 pounds
