Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for optimal inventory management of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Oversee the planning, procurement, storage, and distribution of materials to support production schedules.
• Collaborate with purchasing and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials at competitive costs.
• Manage and optimize material flow, warehousing operations, and logistics within the manufacturing facility.
• Utilize MRP/ERP systems to forecast material requirements, track inventory, and manage supply chain activities.
• Analyze material usage, identify potential shortages or excesses, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor the materials team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in inventory control, demand planning, and material flow optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for materials planning and execution.
• Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management abilities.
• Analytical skills for forecasting, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification
• Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain optimization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
