CDL-A Company Truck Driver Job Overview

• Strong pay with clear ranges. Earn up to $78,000 per year , with a CPM range of $0.52-$0.58, depending on experience and performance.
• Extra pay that boosts your take-home. Add up to $0.15/mi in per diem (up to $440/week) plus an additional $0.02/mi fuel and safety incentive.
• Three-week run cycles. Drivers typically stay out for three weeks, creating longer earning windows and fewer interruptions to weekly mileage.
• Freight that keeps you moving. Run 100% no-touch dry van freight , with 60% drop & hook and $20 stop pay (excluding first and last delivery).

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 22 years of age
• Company: 1 year recent OTR experience
• Lease: 6 months recent OTR experience
• No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years
