Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company standards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain effective EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Manage all incident investigations, including root cause analysis, reporting, and tracking corrective measures.
• Design and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all levels of employees.
• Oversee hazardous waste management, air emissions, and wastewater discharge compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and foster a proactive safety culture.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Engineering, or a related science field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal and state EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills to drive EHS culture and compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with EHS management software platforms (e.g., Gensuite, Intelex, SAP EHS).
• Master's degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Multi-site EHS management experience within a manufacturing environment.
