Salary Range: $71,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of Quality Inspectors and Technicians.
• Ensure all manufactured products meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Lead investigations into quality non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with specific Quality Management System (QMS) software platforms
