Salary Range: $48,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, skilled trades, engineering, and management.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to understand departmental needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, assess technical skills, and evaluate cultural fit for candidates within a fast-paced production environment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support for manufacturing hires.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including industry-specific job boards, vocational schools, and local community outreach initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant hiring laws and company policies, particularly those pertaining to safety and labor within a manufacturing setting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for diverse roles within a manufacturing environment (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates for niche manufacturing positions.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific hiring challenges.
• Proficiency in conducting behavioral and technical interviews relevant to manufacturing operations.
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner with hiring managers and build candidate pipelines.

Bonus Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and terminology.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or technical roles.
• Strong local network within manufacturing or technical communities.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce.
