The Role:

The Property Manager will provide exceptional service to our commercial real estate clients, providing asset management for a portfolio of 10-15 properties throughout Michigan, Ohio and Indiana.

· Serve as the primary liaison between owners, tenants, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and timely issue resolution.

· Coordinate all building maintenance and service requests, prioritizing efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.

· Review and understand tenant lease language, as it pertains to expenses and rent requirements.

· Assist accountants with monthly property reporting, budget management, and invoice approval.

· Prepare annual property budgets and review annual CAM reconciliations for accuracy.

· Oversee capital improvement projects as needed, ensuring quality execution and alignment with ownership objectives.

· Conduct monthly (minimally) on-site inspections of all shopping centers to ensure smooth operations and proactively identify any potential liability concerns.

Requirements:

· Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to professionalism in all client, tenant, and vendor interactions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools.

· Ability to commute to Bloomfield Hills office as well as managed properties as needed.

· Experience in commercial property management is a plus but not required for candidates with strong operational or customer-facing backgrounds.
