Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical malfunctions and operational issues.
• Replace worn or defective parts, components, and systems.
• Install, set up, and commission new manufacturing equipment.
• Calibrate and adjust machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies during maintenance operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems).
• 3-5 years of experience as a Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge and application of industrial safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Welding and fabrication skills.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives.
