Salary Range: $70,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production.
• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support the successful introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for cost reduction and quality improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process optimization and cost reduction.
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiarity with PLM/ERP systems.
• Understanding of various manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, automation, or fabrication.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with industrial automation, robotics, or PLC programming
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
