Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and failures.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis techniques to monitor and improve process performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
• Demonstrated understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with process design, scale-up, and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools
• Experience with automation systems, PLCs, or robotics
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated project leadership experience
