Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Perform product and process audits to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction (NPI) to ensure design for quality.
• Manage supplier quality, including qualification, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer quality complaints and implement preventive measures.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• Proven experience in a manufacturing quality assurance role
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, and Root Cause Analysis
• Demonstrated ability to perform statistical analysis and data interpretation for process improvement
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Certified Internal or Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with automation or Industry 4.0 applications in quality.
