Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, prioritization, and execution of continuous improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Coach and mentor manufacturing teams on CI principles, tools, and techniques to build internal capability and foster a culture of improvement.
• Develop and implement standardized work, visual management, and 5S programs to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CI initiatives, demonstrating tangible results and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CI practices into daily operations and strategic planning.
• Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise in CI methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams in problem-solving and process optimization.
• Strong proficiency in applying CI tools such as VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable improvements in key manufacturing metrics (e.g., safety, quality, delivery, cost).

Bonus Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
• Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g., aerospace, medical devices)
