Office Administrator
Job duties include: Human Resources Functions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support performance management and appraisal systems.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare HR reports for management and provide HR metrics when required.
- Oversee general office operations (facilities, supplies, maintenance, etc.).
- Manage correspondence, filing systems, and administrative documentation.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Support procurement of office equipment and services.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security procedures in the workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR and administration (depending on role level).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HR software experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
