Responsibilities
- Perform MRI exams and related radiology procedures as assigned, producing high-quality diagnostic images in alignment with policies and procedures.
- Obtain patient history, explain standard procedures, and address concerns to promote comfort and meet patient needs.
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment; position patients, select appropriate imaging sequences, and adjust machine settings to capture requested images.
- Complete quality assurance processes and follow safety guidelines to protect patients, staff, and self.
- Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and records in paper and electronic formats; ensure supplies for quality testing are available.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and function checks on imaging equipment following established protocols.
- May assist other areas of radiology as assigned; participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required.

Requirements
- 2+ years of MRI experience (required)
- Pediatric and geriatric patient care experience (required)
- Travel experience (preferred)
- Certifications: BLS and ARRT (required)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting
