Pro-Mow Lawn Care and Landscape is a fast-growing lawn care and landscaping company focused on quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Landscape Construction Manager to oversee daily operations, manage crews, and ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.

This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor service environment.

Position Summary

The Landscape Construction Manager is responsible for daily field execution. You will lead crews, solve problems in real time, and ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget. Success in this role requires decisiveness, accountability, and a strong command presence in the field.

Ideal candidates for the Landscape Construction Manager role will possess:

• Ability to lead, manage, and hold landscape foreman accountable
• Proven experience in landscape construction
• A passion for landscaping and working outside
• Ability to maintain our standards for quality, safety, and efficiency
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge of Service Autopilot a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily production schedules and crew routes
• Supervise and support crew leaders and crews during operations
• Ensure high-quality landscape service delivery
• Monitor job progress and resolve issues on-site when needed
• Conduct training, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff
• Inspect properties for quality control and customer satisfaction
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance standards are followed
• Assist in hiring and onboarding field employees

Qualifications & Skills

• 3–5+ years of experience in landscaping, or a related field
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to solve problems quickly in the field

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors as needed
• Comfortable performing site visits, walking properties, and assisting crews when required
