Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Ann Arbor, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our industrial equipment and systems. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair automated manufacturing equipment including pneumatics, hydraulics, actuators, and cylinders
- Maintain and repair FANUC robotic systems, including programming adjustments and component replacement
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC milling machines
- Maintain maintenance logs, PM schedules, and equipment documentation
- Support equipment installations and process upgrades
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience with FANUC robot troubleshooting and repair preferred
- Experience maintaining CNC milling equipment preferred
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley, PLC's and Ladder Logic preferred
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
