Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Calibrate and test electrical instruments and control systems for optimal performance.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for diagnostics and minor programming adjustments.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
• 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and PLCs.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, blueprints, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols, including LOTO and arc flash procedures.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced PLC programming and HMI development experience.
• Experience with robotic systems electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Certification or experience with high voltage (e.g., 4160V) distribution systems.
• Proficiency in instrumentation and control (I&C) system calibration and troubleshooting.
