Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
• Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems in production lines.
• Install, align, and commission new industrial equipment and machinery.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and lockout/tagout procedures during all operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including PLCs and motor controls.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Vocational training, an associate's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent certifications.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming.
• Proficiency in welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Certification or experience with advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Industrial electrical experience or certification (e.g., NFPA 70E).
