Job Summary

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent? As a Talent Development Consultant at AEBetancourt, you won’t just be another recruiter—you'll be a key player in making an impact on organizations and individuals. Within 3-6 months, you’ll be leading five or more active searches, ensuring each one aligns with our commitment to excellence. This role is about more than just ticking off tasks; it’s about embodying our company values, driving collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in talent development.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruiting Mastery: You'll dive deep into our Perfect Fit process—sourcing, interviewing, and managing the entire recruiting lifecycle.
  • Consultative Partner: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions that ensure repeat business. You will serve as a trusted advisor.
  • AEB Culture Champion: You'll be the face of our company, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to a culture of learning and innovation. Ring the gong, celebrate wins, and always represent AEBetancourt with pride.

What You Bring

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a knack for organization and detail. You're a pro at time management and can prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of recruiting or related experience. LinkedIn mastery is a plus!
  • Mindset: A proactive, innovative spirit, eager to learn and grow. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to our core values.
