Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of shop floor employees.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of manufactured goods.
• Oversee the safe operation of machinery and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train and mentor new and existing shop floor personnel.
• Manage and allocate resources, including materials and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.

Recommended Qualifications

• - Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
• - Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
