Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Manage engineering project portfolios, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support production goals and new product introduction.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality systems.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve manufacturing capabilities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience leading and managing engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement principles.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects, including scope, budget, and timeline, and drive effective problem-solving.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill).
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 concepts and implementation (e.g., IoT, automation, data analytics in manufacturing).
