Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain production targets.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes or modifications to existing ones, including equipment selection and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow diagrams.
• Monitor key process indicators (KPIs) and conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Quality, R&D) to achieve operational goals and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in process optimization, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong understanding of P&IDs, process flow diagrams, and manufacturing safety standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Arena, Aspen HYSYS)
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies or advanced automation solutions
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with advanced statistical software for process optimization (e.g., JMP, Minitab)
