Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine calibrations on a variety of manufacturing instrumentation.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality management systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair malfunctioning measurement and test equipment.
• Develop, review, and revise calibration procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage and track the calibration status and schedule for all plant equipment.
• Select, utilize, and maintain appropriate calibration standards and reference equipment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Metrology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience performing calibrations in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
• Proficient understanding of calibration principles, measurement uncertainty, and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025).
• Demonstrated ability to calibrate and troubleshoot a variety of test and measurement equipment.
• Strong aptitude for accurate documentation, record-keeping, and proficiency with calibration management software.

Bonus Qualifications

• ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) certification
• Experience with calibration management software (e.g., Beamex, Fluke Met/Cal)
• Knowledge of ISO 17025 requirements or other relevant quality standards (e.g., GMP, FDA)
• Basic electrical or mechanical troubleshooting skills
