• Build relationships with new and existing clients

• Reach out to qualified leads and help customers find the right insurance coverage

• Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up with clients and build long-term relationships

• Meet and exceed sales goals

• Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline using our CRM

• Continue learning through coaching and training

We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking with people

• Is comfortable making phone calls

• Wants to build a career instead of just finding another job

• Likes working toward goals

• Handles challenges well and doesn't give up easily

• Is coachable and open to feedback

• Wants an opportunity with real growth potential

• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Organized and dependable

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one

• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply

• Competitive base pay plus uncapped commission

Compensation Range: $55K - $85K
