Salary Range: $47,000 - $75,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales leads, primarily through phone and email.
• Prepare and present accurate product quotations and proposals to customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely order fulfillment.
• Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring all specifications and terms are met.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned product lines or territories.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and forecast opportunities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial products, or supply chain dynamics.
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate technical product specifications and value propositions.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong general computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Previous sales experience within a specific manufacturing sector (e.g., industrial components, machinery, chemicals).
• Demonstrated technical aptitude or experience selling complex manufactured products.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to target markets.
