Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfilling general duties, including but not limited to, showroom sales, phone sales, order entry, price quotations, driving forklift for loading/unloading trucks, shipping and receiving of parts and equipment, stocking of products in the showroom and warehouse.
• Promoting sales of HVAC replacement components and aftermarket products to our dealer network and mechanical contractors.
• Working closely with CGL departments and outside vendors.
• Utilizing positive communication skills.
• Providing superior customer service to our customers.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• Able to lift 70 pounds.
• Self-motivated with organizational skills
• Experience in MS Office, Word and Excel

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with contractors and dealers, especially in the residential and/or commercial HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of a distribution environment with counter experience.
• Ability to work with other ERP business systems.
