Job Title: Assembler Job Description

Join our team as an Assembler where you will be part of a dedicated assembly team responsible for building high-end coffee machines. You will work at one of our multiple designated workstations and contribute to the overall build process.

Responsibilities
  • Work at designated workstations as part of the assembly line team.
  • Perform sub-assembly tasks that contribute to the overall build of a coffee machine.
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components, including washers, screws, wires, panels, hoses, and other hardware.
  • Utilize hand and power tools such as electric drills, tape measures, and torque drivers.
  • Rotate between different workstations to learn the full assembly process for each machine.
  • Participate in the assembly of different machine types, rotating between models.
Essential Skills
  • At least 1 year of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in assembly and electronics.
  • Familiarity with hoses, sub-assembly, blueprints.
  • Experience with micrometers, calipers, or gauges.
  • Ability to assemble from start to finish.

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a small assembly facility with air conditioning. Work 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees are encouraged to maintain a healthy work-life balance, with no overtime expected. Enjoy the comfort of sitting while working, and feel free to listen to music, eat, and drink while meeting quotas.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of TAYLOR, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.77 - $18.77/hr.
